The Giant's Harp is an abstraction that serves as a symbol collectively representing the physical, metaphysical, and perhaps sometimes spiritual manifestations of a mindful collective experience. Opportunity for mindful collective experiences can present themselves in a variety of ways.
This band attempts to derive these opportunities through improvisational elements of “in-the-moment” creative expression during live, in-person performance art. Good songs provide the framework for this exploration.
We speculate that The Giant's Harp is omnipresent. However, our engagement relies on certain aligning circumstances or trajectories of time and space and are subject to epistemic and allegoric uncertainties. That is — there is a fleeting element at play.
